Town of Bradford Planning Board
The Town of Bradford Planning Board is a municipal committee authorized by state law and local ordinance to review certain types of proposed land uses relative to Bradford’s land use ordinances. The board comprises five regular committee members and two alternate members, all appointed by Bradford's Board of Selectmen.
The land use ordinances, enacted by the voters of the Town of Bradford, serve to protect public health, safety, and welfare; provide for the efficiency of public service; prevent and control pollution; ensure orderly development; and preserve the Town’s scenic beauty and rural character.
